Thank you for taking the time to view our venue page, we know you are busy, so rather than make you read a pitch about how great we are and how we are going to revolutionise your venue,  here are the key headlines and common questions we have been asked about 
what we do:

Mobile Ordering 

We provide a mobile ordering and payment platform for table service and / or collection orders.

We can also act as a pure veune / menu hosting service so your customers can see details about your venue and menu.

Free Services 

You can use Who’s Round for free if you want to accept online orders and settle any payments directly between your venue and your customer. 

You can also use the service for free if you just want to list your venue and menu without taking orders online. 

Pay Per Order 

You can accept online payments directly to your venues bank account, via Stripe. 

We will charge you 1% per order, excluding the value of any tips, plus processing fees from Stripe (typically 20p + 1.4%) on the full transaction value.

Charging Options 

You can set a minimum order and add a service charge amount (service charge not available on collection orders) to offset any fees.

You can also enable and disable services at anytime, should you need to stop taking online orders. 

There are no further charges from Who’s Round, and we have no secret masterplan to get you on board and hit you for more fees later or start selling your / your customers data for an extra few quid!

Integrate to your own website

Remember we mentioned earlier how you can add a  pop-up to your own website?  

This is quite impressive, your customer can complete a full order from our website without leaving your website. Press the “Try Me”  button or the chat style button in the bottom corner and you will see our demo venue. 

You can place a button like this on your own website at no extra cost. It’s a simple cut and paste of a few lines of code, so no special set up, but you should probably ask your web service provider or someone with developer experience to do this if not experienced at website development.  

There are three styles you can use to integrate on to your website, this video briefly show the styles.

Want to see a full demo? As you don't need a contract or to contact us (more on that below), simply log in, download the Venue Manager App and set up a test venue, then place an order for payment directly with your venue. Any venue you create you can disable and enable instantly, so there is no risk to your brand and it will take less than 10 minutes.

Contracts 

We don’t require you to contact us or sign contracts, simply agree to our terms and you are good to go. It’s that easy! 

Also when set up, you can change your service at any time. For example, with a few clicks you can go from taking online orders for table service and collection to just listing your venues menu on a view only basis or, if you wish, completely removing your venue from Who’s Round. You can then reverse all the above actions again with just a few clicks!

Setup 

After signing up, you need to add some products, a menu and a few other pieces of information that does not take long.

Support

We also have a venue portal where you can view view specific articles, and some instructional videos, on how to manage your store here .  

Through the portal you can also raise a support ticket, if you are in need of any assistance.    

There is also a community section where fellow venue managers can ask questions, make recommendations and view platform wide announcements. 

Payments 

For payments, you need a Stripe account. This only takes a few minutes, but you will need details of directors / key controllers / bank account holders. This is to comply with Anti-Money Laundering regulation.

 The amount of time it takes depends on what you want to list for your venue; a basic menu will take minutes, a more complex menu where you want to add images and detailed descriptions might take a few hours.

You can also add to and amend your store anytime from the Admin Area, for example adding new products or images. Who's Round is an entirely self-service platform and you are in total control of your content!
