Here you will find our help desk, where you can find various articles and videos about how to setup your venues online store and how to manage it day to day. 

The portal also includes a community section where you can post questions, ideas and solutions that can be answered by the venue community and/or Who’s Round.  We will keep adding more articles here, so this should be your first destination if you have any problems setting up or running your store. 

We will also make platform wide announcements here that may be relevant, so we suggest you bookmark and check in frequently.  Note the software is provided by a separate specialist service desk provider, so at this stage you will have separate log-ins for the portal.
